Prof. Dr.-Ing. Manfred Leisenberg
Professor for Computer Science
Manfred Leisenberg, born in 1954, studied information technology and theoretical electrical engineering and received his doctorate in virtual storage systems. He has worked as a scientist at the International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley/USA and at the University of Southampton. As Director Research & Development, he was responsible for first commercial applications of the Internet in a large media group. Since 2002, he has been Professor of Computer Science at the private University of Applied Sciences for Medium-Sized Businesses (FHM) in Bielefeld. He has published numerous scientific papers on the Social Web and artificial intelligence.
